WHAT IMPACT DOES INSTALLING A WALLSCAPE HAVE TO AN OLD BRICK WALL OF A BUILDING?
A wallscape is the most building friendly form of outdoor media. A wallscape is essentially a vinyl banner. The set up does not require a lot of heavy hardware. Anchors are spaced every two to three feet, and once the anchors is in place, there never needs to be another hole drilled into your wall. We use a HILTI HIT Epoxy to secure the Threaded Rod Anchors. The vinyl can be replaced very easily without any change to the structural support.

HOW LONG IS A LEASE TERM?
Typically a lease term is 20 years. However the length of term is negotiable and varies depending on the effort and investment required to create the outdoor media assett.

WILL THE WALLSCAPE OR BILLBOARD ACTIVITY HAVE ANY CONFLICTS WITH MY EXISTING BUSINESS/ TENANT USE?
No! We do not effect the regular business activities of the property. We do not occupy parking spaces and we only change the vinyl during off hours and on weekends, so as not to interfere with the building activities.

HOW OFTEN WOULD WORCESTER SIGN COMPANY CHANGE THE ADVERTISER'S MESSAGE OR VINYL?
Worcester Sign Company typically sells a wallscape location for 3 to 6 months at one time. Essentially, we would only change the vinyl at those times.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TAXES ON THE SIGN?
Worcester Sign Company pays for all the taxes, permit, and license fees associated with the sign structure on your property.

WHO PAYS FOR THE ELECTRICITY FOR THE SIGN?
Worcester Sign Company is responsible for all electricity to the sign. This includes the initial installation of equipment and seperate meter for illuminating the sign. However, In an effort to be a sustainable and environmentally friendly company, We like to use Solar Lighting where possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHANGE A VINYL OR INITIALLY INSTALL THE SIGN STRUCTURE?
If the initial hardware and anchors are in place for a wallscape, then Changing a vinyl ussually takes between 1 to 3 hours.

WHO PAYS FOR INSURANCE FOR THE SIGN?
Worcester Sign Company pays for all insurance for the sign structure. Our policy protects and names the landlord.

WHO HANDLES OBTAINING THE PERMITS AND GOVERNMENT APPROVALS FOR THE SIGN?
Worcester Sign Company is responsible for obtaining all permits for maintaining the sign. We understand the process involved in acquiring permits for off-premise or non-accessory signs and we have a great legal team for this reason. All expenses associated with getting permits are paid by Worcester Sign Company.

WHO HANDLES MAINTENACE OF THE BILLBOARD OR WALLSCAPE?
Worcester Sign Company Maintains the sign structure at all times and we have in-house staff as well as outside contractors for mainting our sign structures. In the off chance a sign is vandalized, we take immediate action to mitigate any loss or damage.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU GET PAID FOR LEASING SPACE?
Each location is different and varies on many factors. Generally, we a pay a percentage of the gross revenue from the sign to the landlord with a gauranteed minimum lease payment.

WILL THE SIGN STRUCTURE BE REMOVED AFTER THE LEASE EXPIRES?
The sign structure can be removed upon the expiration of a lease. Since our wallscapes are designed to have as little impact on old buildings, it is very easy to remove the fixtures and hardware for the sign structure.
